Need to built a same Module without any Mofications using ASP.NET/SQL & Share point Integrated

Please find attached, a PowerPoint slide deck presentation with screenshots, that describes my requirement in detail. I will not be making any additions or deletions to the requirement, as the project starts or nears completion. The attachment is about the online (Office365) SharePoint portal-integrated Shift Management System (SMS) – to be developed in DoNet, and ASP front-end, with a SQL server back-end, and packaged for the production environment. This system is especially useful, because; 1. The Help Desk is virtualized, even though it may give the impression that it is a “single, one-stop, & centralized shop, ” when actually, they are in geographically disparate locations (on-site, and off-shore), and cater to the “follow-the-sun” model of support, as it is in our case, where we are not in a face-to-face, one-on-one situation for updating each other with follow-ups, or the next shift’s duties, and; 2. Even within our one location, the Help Desk has none, or minimal overlap between shifts, where shift workers do not have time to pass on the updates on follow-ups to be done, to their peers in the next shift, as we do not share the same computer systems of the previous or next shift in our case. They are planning to split our team into two, with half doing the early afternoon shift, and the other doing the late night shift, with only 30 minutes of overlap. However, for demonstration purposes, can we have the back-end, temporarily, on a cloud-based MySQL v. 5.1.69 database , ([login to view URL]), which has a capacity of 400 mB ? This sandbox / test environment is only for demo purposes. For this sample test environment, the site location details and credentials for the back-end are; [login to view URL] (DB HOST NAME - [login to view URL]) (Please keep the current DATABASE called cricskipper separately, and create as many of your own for the SMS.
