PostgreSQL Database Table Needed For Testing

I need somebody to create an PostgreSQL database. I need one table created. For columns, I need one field for each PostgreSQL data type. I will need the database host name / ip address, username, password, port, and table name. If there is any firewall, I will need my IP address whitelisted to it. No data needs to be entered into the test table. I need this test table to be available for 3 months. Half of the milestone will be released after database setup. The other half will be released after 3 months. Please include 'db master' in your bid description so I know you have read this. My goal here is to create a data type mapping back to my coldfusion program. You do not need to be concerned of the details of that but that is why this project is needed. Thanks and happy bidding!
