I have two database tables where I need to extract data from. Speed is necessity for the query. Below are my requirements - in a select statement I need to select the data that falls between the date criteria 1) The Names from each table 2) Count of ID from Test2 3) Count of Job From Test1 4) Sum(Cost1) From Test1 5) SUM(Cost1-Cost9)/NULLIF(Cost1,0) From Test1 6) SUM(Cost1-Cost9) 7) SUM(Cost10) 8) SUM(Cost11) 9) Top 1 result for T12 - only need the top 1 as the data in this field is duplicated for names so only need to grab the top 1 10) Top 1 result for T11 - only need the top 1 as the data in this field is duplicated for names so only need to grab the top 1 11) Top 1 result for T12 - only need the top 1 as the data in this field is duplicated for names so only need to grab the top 10 This is for a SQL Server 2008 R2 database - and again speed is most important!
