I have a small project that is a non- conditioned addition to a mobile home. The slab is already there. Part of it was and still is a carport and part of it was a screened room with a storage room at the end of the screened room. The room was damaged during a storm so the aluminum roof was replaced with plywood on rafters and 2x 4 walls were built. I need this engineered so it we can get an approved permit. It was thought that a permit was not needed but even for storage area one is required. I can send all the information and drawings and pics you need if you can do this project The carport is 252 sq. feet and the room wood be 341 sq. feet. Plans will need to be stamped by a licensed engineer. May need 11 x 17 plans
