Wireframes will be provided by myself Payment: I pay only in milestone and that is going to be after App is done completely and tested throughly. I do not want any one to put me in hurry to release milestone or write review and close the project. Partial payments are not encouraged. All or nothing. My budget is : 1500 USD.
