Swift create tableview with multisection and search

Hello, My name is Danh, an iOS developer with Swift skill. I understand that you want to create a UISearchBar and a UITableView (grouped by section). But I still confuse with this requirement "the developer must proivde me with json file with multi level items like in photo". Can you help me clear it?
