ReCreate my Existing Site into a CMS with added Blog/Video

I currently have a website that i am looking to re create into a CMS site. I am not particular about the type of CMS program that will be used as long as the end product is able to meet all my needs and i have complete ease of use in the admin section. The website in question is [login to view URL] The new completed CMS site will have all the pages, features and functionalities as the current site, as well as new additional features and upgrades --THIS IS A VERY LONG POST BUT WILL EXPLAIN IN DETAIL ALL THE REQUIREMNTS FOR THIS JOB. Please contact me only after reviewing the current website and the specifications for the development of the new site which is below Before i go into the full details of how i would like the new website to be--first let me say-- I LIKE THE CURRENT DESIGN OF MY SITE-- it works for what im looking to achieve. But i do feel it needs a little "facelift" to freshen the look of the site--- a lot of the changes to the design of the site will be posted in the information below--outside of that--if you choose to take the project you as the developer of the new site will have 15% design mobility when it comes to the CURRENT pages of the site. This means that when the new site is complete the design should look AT THE LEAST 85% the same as it currently does---so before you decide to bid on this project take a good look at the site---when the new site is complete i want it to look 85% the same as it does in visual design--which includes coloring---font and font size-- spacing and overall design--and you have 15% freedom on all current pages to adjust or hopefully make better as you see fit. With the new added pages to the site--as they are not created yet you will have much more design freedom as long as the new pages fit with the other pages of the site. So if you are capable of doing that- we are halfway there--please dont waste your or my time if you cannot make the new site look 85% like it currently is using the programs you will use to create the new site. The new site will have all the pages that the current site has-- it will also have all the functions that the current site has. here are some of the changes Homepage: I simply want to clean up the home page. What i would like to do is to have the main 5 links to the site--trainer registration--trainer profiles--trainer store-TrainerspoTv- and the ask a trainer section to be scrolling alternately on the home page in a slide show -- I would like the grey bar above the trainers to be updated and add all the major links that will take users to the various mainpages of the site as listed above this grey bar will serve as navigation on all pages of the site kind of like it currently is on the site. The bottom of the home page would pretty much stay the exact same except (if possible and it wont be too cramped) i would add a trainerspoTv section to the 3 sections that are already at the bottom. So there would be 4 sections on the bottom of the new page instead of the current 3. at the very bottom of the home page would be the word links to other pages of the site- those include about us--- business advertising--disclaimer -and contact us (which would basically be the same link used for the about us page since contact us is on the same page) Trainer Registration-- This section would remain exactly the same as far as design--there are about 4 pages to complete full registration---i like it like that-- The only change would be you would need to add a new page to the registration that houses PAID features that trainers can choose to add to upgrade their profile. They can add these features individually or as one package that would be paid for monthly through paypal. (paypal has a business section that would need to be looked into as to how to do this monthly (or quarterly) feature. Currently these paid features include Ability to add videos to their profile Add more pictures Top Listing in your training locations Ability to answer questions submitted by visitors of the site Ability to Write Blogs that will be links on their profile Banner Ad on the website to Link to your personal Website All of these features would visually enhance their profile as opposed to the free profiles which will look exactly as they do now on the site I would like to be able to add more paid features from the backed on this page as they become available in the future. Trainer Profiles BANNER ADS WILL REMAIN BETWEEN EACH PROFILE AS IT CURRENTLY IS NOW. As mentioned trainers will be able to either post a FREE profile which would look just like the profiles currently look on the site OR if they purchase paid features the look of the profile needs to change to accomodate all the new functions. So a trainer who has paid features to the site will have a light box addition to their profile which will totally open up and isolate their page from the rest of the site as long as the visitor is looking on their page-- (I want to change it to act more like the concert details box on this page: [login to view URL] Just click a date and you'll see what I mean. ) I want it to do something like that but of course fit the design of my site. Once their profile is fully exposed --users will be able to see thumbnails and titles of videos the trainer has posted ---a scroll of pics--- along with other features of the profile. Currently there are 6 profiles per page on the site-- i want that to remain virtually the same with 6-8 profiles per page on the site. Trainer Log In-- When trainers log in ---they will be able to carry out and make adjustments to all components of their particular profile---these changes will either automatically be approved to the site or have to wait for approval based on what setting is in place in the admin,) Ask a Trainer-- The FUNCTION of the page will remain the same -- but it needs to be redesigned--as well as organized a little better. There will always be 10 questions that are up on this page at any given moment---as more questions are posed --older questions and answers are then archived based on broad subject --ie nutrtion--weight training--weightloss etc--(i will give you the list of subjects.) When a user wants to ask a question --they will log in (using a simple log in method ) they will choose what the broad subject is and then ask and submit their question---- each question shows the name of each trainer that answers the question and it links them to that trainers page. which is how the page currently works. Users will receive auto emails whenever their question has been answered ---and trainers who paid for the feature will receive auto emails whenever there is a new question posed on the site. I would also love your suggestions on this page. TrainerSpot Tv-- will house videos created by the site--- there needs to be one Main featured video and then video thumbnails arranged by category---nutrition--weight loss -etc------ uploads need to be super easy and videos need to be able to be linked FROM the website to the trainerspot YOUTUBE page and vise versa. Blog Page--- There will be one MAIN Featured article and two sub articles at any given point---the rest of the articles will be word links that someone would have to click on the get the article pictures etc etc. If you want an idea of what i mean take a look at [login to view URL] users are also able to comment on posted blogs TrainerStore---- will sell personal training apparel and other simple items. most of the items in the store will be removed and the store will be stream lined with fewer products and 3 simple designs. we can discuss more when you get to this section. although this will be a NY based venture -- i would like a simple section where trainers from anywhere who happen upon the site and want to post a profile could do so---how im thinking it would work is that this is a separate page apart from the NY trainer listings with trainers from ALL other locations in the US or "other"---they would create a profile just like a NY trainer BUT they would put the state or "other" that they are from in order to identify their location----a user could find a trainer outside of the ny area by simply going to this link and choosing a state or "other" and seeing who pops up---- this will help me when i choose to expand the site nationally. i would like for their to be a link where advertisers and trainers who purchase this feature could go to be able to "make" those banners simply by choosing certain features of the banner-- i would like there to be as many features available to them as possible but the basics would be they would choose the banner shape from a option of available shapes do you want the banner to have square edges? rounded eges? borderless or a full border then choose the background color from a wide variety of colors choose the color of the words then if any, choose from a list of any simple "actions" you want the words in the banner to do, meaning do they flash--do they light up and light down dissappear and reappear etc etc. enter in the info that goes on the banner and submit and its all done and posted to the site currently ---the banner has to be created from an outside source then the "image" is simply dowloaded from the backend and added to the site--there is a special section for this in my admin. getting the banner on the site and randomly shuffled through the profiles pages is easy for me to do right now because its handled through the admin--BUT i would love to be able to create the banners as well. I would also like to be able to continue to create "custom" banners like i do now --where the banner is totally created from an outside source and then the image is simply loaded onto the site and added in with the rest of the banners. your input on this would be greatly appreciated. All the smaller links on the site --about us --contact us--disclaimer --business advertising will all remain the same. SITE FUNCTIONS-- ADMIN--- I would like as much control over each section of the site on the backend as possible. a lot of the admin work has already been discussed--some of the most important features is that i will need to have the option to either manually approve all new additions and changes to the profile or just let everything auto approve. I need the ability to remove or suspend any profile if necessary and to also take a paid profile and make it a simple free one if payments have not been made. VISITORS TO THE SITE-- I would need a SIMPLE way for visitors to the site to be able to log in and do some of the simple functions available to them such as post questions to the ask a trainer section----comment on videos ---etc--people could come to the new site and browse profiles -watch videos etc without having to do ANYTHING-- but if they wanted to comment on a video or a blog etc etc they would need to a way to log in--(and perhaps once they log in there could be a feature to keep them always logged in???? your suggestions would be appreciated) the way i see it is that users will be able to register by putting in an email address and username. They will then receive an email that they will use toverify their account which they must click on before they can use your services as a registered user. Once this is done all they have to do to use the features available to them on the site is enter their user name and email. each section of the site where they can actually participate will have a discreet log in section for them to enter their info and comment etc on things on the site. Your input would be helpful on that videos and blogs from a trainers profile i would like to have the ability to add this to the main blog or video page and give that trainer credit for the video or blog similar to how its done on the ask a trainer section.
