Add these commands to the ASA configuration: same-security-traffic permit inter-interface same-security-traffic permit intra-interface Perhaps this will completely solve your problem if you have configured the rest correctly. Check the NAT settings. This is also a common mistake. Even if you do not need NAT, you need it for ASA. ASA requires the NAT rule. If you do not need to translate IP addresses, then you need to create a rule that will translate the addresses into itself. Check that split-tunneling is disabled for user VPN. And of course, check the ACL for the outside interface. Depending on the settings for the VPN, its own ACL can be used. Repeat these steps for all sites. Use Packet tracer in ASDM for diagnostics. It will show the place where traffic is blocked.

Hi, I have troubleshooted similar issue to a client on freelancer . The issue which you have is, you are coming in as a VPN client from the same interface ( outside interface of ASA ) and going out to access other site to site tunnel from the same interface( outside interface of ASA .. You need to use same-security-traffic intra-interface command to resolve this issue. I am a Cisco engineer and worked in the domain of routing , switching and firewall. I work as a network engineer full time (See my LinkedIn for more details). Please answer the following; When a client connects to the Any Connect VPN (Mobile Access), they receive an office mode IP which allows them to now essentially be inside your LAN behind the firewall which allows access to resources based on access rules. Upon obtaining this office mode IP, the client would require access rules on the firewall from the Office Mode IP subnet to all resources including to the connected site 2 (Over site-site VPN) and also to external IPs i.e Src: Office Mode IP Network, Dst: Site 2 (Note: Access rules would be required on site 2 firewall also) and Src: Office Mode IP Network, Dst: external IP or negate internal networks for a generic outbound internet rule. Please confirm if this has been setup? I am not familiar with Any Connect but I am familiar with other technologies with similar concepts (CheckPoint Mobile Access). I hope this helps.
