In my solution I setup mailwizz(commercial software), and the opensource smtp postfix, together with a mail management system and a webmail for easy access. Hello! I have completed several projects similar to this one and would be happy to offer my services for your project. I have set up systems for bulk mailing with Gmail. My clients enjoy this for the familiarity and the cost saving. Each paid gmail account has a daily send limit, so it would depend on just how many emails you are looking to send to get an exact ongoing cost, but either way it will be cheaper than any alternative. As for not getting caught in spam filters, changing proxies is not what you want to do. In fact that would make any email provider even more suspicious to see emails from the same email account coming from multiple IP addresses around the globe. The best thing you can do is 1: limit the rate at which you are sending the emails (or spread them out over multiple accounts) and 2: Use merge tags. Merge tags slightly alter the content of the subject and body of your email. For instance if you have the first name of your lead you can add that to the email body (ex: "Hello Bob" instead of just "hello"). You can also just switch up the content of your email to avoid being flagged as spam. Of course there are never any guarantees that you won't get caught in a spam filter since email providers also depend on spam being reported from their users, but using the methods above tends to cut down on that.
