I'm not considering candidates from the Philippines, India or surrounding countries due to past experiences, sorry. I'm looking for remote Windows desktop technical support. I'd love if you can help me with these issues 1. Outlook: Outlook 2010 often (every 2-3 days) won’t send emails - but will receive emails. There’s no event / change that triggers it. The only fix is rebooting the pc. What doesn’t work is Safe Mode and disabling add-ons. 2. DNS: My modem (NF18ACV) won’t allow me to save DNS changes. So I’ve had to change my computer’s ‘IPv4’ DNS to an alternate DNS server (8.8.8.8). I suspect this to be the reason some websites won’t load some of the time, including my very own Wordpress. Clearing the cache doesn’t help. 3. Insufficient resources: my computer struggles, I think with both memory & HDD space, though it shouldn’t. I suspect there’s a misconfiguration, sometimes windows’s system processes persistently take up a lot of resources. I think this may cause problems with Zoom screensharing software. 4. I’m using an apple mac with windows 8.1 Pro. I need to update Bootcamp. Your hourly rate is important. We can use TeamViewer for remote control. When applying, start your application with 'I'm a Windows whiz'. Mention which time zone you'll be available to work in (I'm in Sydney), and which days you would prefer to work.

'I'm a Windows whiz'. Good Morning. I am based in the UK, so hopefully that time zone difference wont be too much of a problem. I am available any day of the week, I do have kids, so there are a few times during the day when im looking after them (eg bathtime ) I can help you with these issues. The only one I cannot help with is bootcamp, I am a Windows whiz, and know very little about Mac OS apart for the basic operations and functionality. I have never used bootcamp, from what i have read about it, it sounds like any other bootloader, meaning any changes will need to be made locally. Maybe Mac do this a diffenent way? Either way I am sure we can work it out together. However, if its windows, i have 14 years experience fixing issues on Windows Desktop, Server and assocated hardware, so i can find out what is causing the issues. I suspect many of the problems are being caused by running windows on mac hardware, but i will be able to work it out for you and give you the reasons, i will then fix which is possible. I'm a Windows whiz! G'Day! Sounds like you've had some troubles with getting help already, I would be happy to help! Some things I would mention thus far though are as follows. If you're comfortable with the below, as well as my hourly rate, I'd be happy to talk further. 1. All of the issues that you're having, are they only on Windows 8.1 in Bootcamp, or does your Mac OS installation suffer from the same issues? 2. Have you tried using Outlook for Mac 2011 or 2016, and do you experience the same issues? 3. The DNS issue that you've mentioned, again, does it affect both OSes, or just Windows? Does the save stay within the router/modem for any length of time, and then revert back? Have you considered any alternative router/modem? 4. The system resource issue is a bit strange, depending on your available resources. What spec is the Mac? 5. Whilst I don't have much experience with Bootcamp specifically, I have extensive experience with Windows, and a solid history with Macs. Based on the above points, the end result of some troubleshooting may require additional purchases (Router/Modem, RAM Upgrade, etc.) Are you comfortable with that? Hi! im a windows whiz I from peru ,i thin you should just reinstall outlook and update it to a newer version , if your modem is not working ress the reset button inside , if that doesnt work call your internet provider and ask them for a DNS they usually will give you one , you can stop any bad configurarion you can pres F8 in the boot menu and make a restauration of windows winout lose your personal info :)
