My network will be wireless, non-internet based, but requires php or CGI so that I can have local, short-range connections that enable printing to a local printer, pdf documents selected by my webpage. However, I cannot understand how to enable PHP although PHP7.0 is installed. It is not clear to me if PHP is up and running, or if it requires a CGI-like header on the PHP page, etc.
