Provide an overview of a company

You have just been employed as CISO for a growing Dubai-based specialist bakery, named Tahnoon Bakery. Tahnoon Bakery is a rapidly expanding business which bakes and sells its range of gourmet cupcakes across the UAE and gulf region. It has retail outlets in every emirate, and outside the country, but its office headquarters are located in Jumeirah, and its bakery is based in AbuDhabi. Every morning fresh cupcakes and other baked products are transported from the bakery in AbuDhabi to retail outlets throughout the whole country. Tahnoon Bakery has 15 employees in its Jumeirah headquarters, 20 employees in the AbuDhabi bakery (including the bakery staff itself and the drivers for Tahnoon Bakery’s fleet of trucks), and over 60 employees throughout its retail outlets. Tahnoon Bakery has grown so rapidly that it still does not have good quality information security governance structures and policies. Your first job as CISO is to develop a plan for the information security management system which you will put in place at Tahnoon Bakery. You don’t need to work out every detail at this stage - think of this as a starting point so that you can show the board and senior management that you know what you are doing and the overall direction you plan to move in. Tahoon's Bakery main requirements are in the areas of contingency planning, policies, SETA, risk assessment and management. Provide an overview of the company (mission statement, vision statement, values statement and a brief history), including an organization chart, description of physical facilities, and general description of organization computing and in-place security resources.
