Design 3D Background (Maya and zbrush )

The Project: Design four characters with the exact outfit and doing salute (the faces will be a little different from each other) with the flag in the background. MY average budget is about 130 $ The designer skills: 3d Design, 3d Modeling, Maya and zbrush soft wares Specification: •I want to design a backdrop width=3 meter height=2 meter •The backdrop will be cartoon but not in a funny way (this is very important). •The backdrop will be used for kid photography. •The design should be a 3D which will looks real in a photo. •The backdrop will not have a floor so should keep this in mind when you design as the photo will be shoot above the level of feet. •The photo will show the Saudi Arabia army so the flag will be the one for Saudi Arabia and the faces of the soldiers should looks like Saudi people (I will provide a photo as guidance). •The resolution and pixel should be high and clear to print in big backdrop. I believe that will be above 80 dpi and above 12K pixel. •The background color should not be very dark as you remember this for kid purpose. •The back drop will have a margin about 20 cm from above and below and about 50 cm from the right and lift. These margin will be used for sitting purpose for the stand. However, the margin should not be void and the background should continue but no important subject will be there. •Considering the above requirements, I need to see your creativity in the design. •When we start the project, I will need a fast draft design so we can modify any important side in early stage. •If you feel there is a difficult part in the execution just tell me and we will see if we can figure out a better solution. For example I'm not restricted about the details of army equipment. The most important for me the quality, feel and look of the photo should looks like the reference photo. •The outfit of the soldier should look like the attached photo. •Regardless all these Specification the project is fairly straight.
