CAD / Google Sketchup an architectural siteplan for a new pool and covered patio/cabana plan for permitting. Attached is a PNG siteplan with trees that will first need to be drawn to show the existing house, property lines, and setbacks. Also attached is a PDF sketch showing the approximate pool, cabana, open patio, new fence with columns, grass, planters, etc. --Pool is approx 15x30 Irregular shape like attached. --Covered Cabana is approx 12x24 with a BBQ pad on the left --New columns are 2x2 with a fence connecting them. --The fence/gate across the back side of the cabana is two 12' panels that slide open. --From the center of each tree, the new pool and patio must be 1/2 of the number of inches in feet. For example, tree #5 is 24 inches. The pool and new patios must be at least 12 feet away from this tree. Grass, mulch, and granite paths do not apply to this rule. Trees 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 24, and 26 have been removed. Do not show them. Please re-number the trees without this. Also, there is one tree missing, It is located 35' from the rear property and 55' from the left property. It needs to be labeled, "29" Shin Oak" in the legend.
