ABSOLUTE REQUIRED – FOR BOTH MODELS (001 images examples, ideas, etc) 1. Logistics – Container should be "movable or shippable" on trucks and or on shipping containers overseas! On the large model both containers 1 and container should keep their wall (or partial wall) then when put together to interlock (connect with screws) and form a home. When disconnected both containers should be able to be moved separately. 2. Security – Doors or windows to have either solid (fixed) or removable shutters for transport and or security. When owners are not at home the container should be locked and secured! 3. Walls, inside and outside will be insulated/covered by a sprayed mixture of “concrete or gypsum + fiber glass + sawdust + sand, perhaps a glue component to adhere to metal and prevent flaking off”. The finish will be smooth and will be further sanded then painted to desired colors 4. All electrical wires, lights, plugs and switches to be in metal conduits and on the exterior of walls on ceiling and walls. 5. Tiki-Hut/Rancho to be build next to container home “L shape” which should also cover the container entry door (rain cover) a. Barbecue/cooking pit with Sink and Fridge b. Table + Chairs c. Built in Lounge sofas d. Optional - One hammock e. Optional – Car cover for 1 or 2 cars. ADD-ON OPTIONS – FOR BOTH MODELS (002 images examples, ideas, etc) 1. Off Grid – Container should have renewable energy generating options through rooftop or in ground solar panels or wind turbine. 2. 20-30% Angle raised roof. Full width or only ½ and raise “25-30cm” windows panels along the entire roof for more light inside the bedrooms. 3. Hot Water – Should have a “roof mountable” water container for solar water heating 4. Outdoor Shower with bamboo walls for privacy 5. Roof Patio – capable. IF off-grid options will take space this might not be possible OR perhaps at one end or another – depending on views this patio could be smaller with some seating, shade and stainless steel railing. This patio should never impede the “movable” requirement, meaning that these should be removable if container is being shipped elsewhere!
