support Ubuntu pcs through Teamviewer

I have a pc and 2 laptops, all with Ubuntu 16.04. From time to time I have issues that I may not be able to resolve. I want to find a person that will connect with teamviwer, troubleshoot and resolve the problems. Then explain to me the issue, so that I can document it in my personal log.
Current problems to solve:
1) On the pc desktop I normally have 3 symlinks. Sometimes when I boot the symlinks appear double (6 symlinks). After 2-3 reboots the problem goes away.
2) Every time I print (printer HP 1018), the first page comes out ok, then paper jams. If I put into the tray just one A4 page, there is no paper jam.
I don't know where this 10hrs/week came from. Depending on the problems it may be 0 to 5 per month on average. Maybe two months without any problem.
