A realistic interactive waiting room scenario in a hospital for PC and VR

The project is to develop an interactive PC and VR environment (same environment with 2D and 3D output), based on ready-made 3D assets. The Interactive environment will include human avatars that will receive different instructions from an outside software and move and react according to those instructions. The command are recived from external SW is via TCP SOCKET. We will test the implementation with Telnet or PuTTY application Requirements: Must be developed on a legal Unity software package. There will be up to 10 Avatars, each receiving up to 10 movement instructions (Sit, Walk, Stand, go to point 1....) and each Assets will be provided and purchased by us after consulting with the programmer. The initial setup is all avatars are sitting on chairs, and on a command moves to the front. Avatar will receive up to 10 mood instructions (wave hands, do not talk, talk regular, shout, etc.) The developer shall prevent avatar collisions.
