I need a simple WPF Skeleton:

Consiting of a main window with menue and a bar of Buttons.

Clicking These button should Show Child Windows in the main window, while keeping the Buttons.

- Code should be written in vb .net

- No component should be used that can give licening Problems.

The form is the start. If this is done, future work (not part of the actully awarded project) has to been done. Therefore the Childwindows have to been filled with context that I have ready in Windows form an vb .net.
