Record high-quality background video footage for my online video course

Among other things, I'm working on an online video course. I live in London and space is the single most expensive commodity here, despite my best efforts I can't record the video in front of a background that I find both acceptable and affordable so I decided to record it in front of a greenscreen and replace the background in post production. I've spent significant amount of time trying to find a suitable stock footage but I couldn't. I would need your help in recording a suitable background, if you are interested. Here are the specs: The course is a self-help course built on the latest psychological research and 70% of the content involves doing short mental exercises that help participants discover how their minds work. Throughout the course we work with thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, memories and urges. Consequently I need a background where people can feel comfortable to open up and discover themselves more, a place which conveys calmness and groundedness. Detailed spec: 1) Desired length is at least 5 minutes, preferably 10 minutes. Only include audio if natural sound of forest or river is audible and recordable in high-quality. Otherwise no audio please, it's not a requirement. Resolution: 4k at least 80 Mbit/sec and compression is H.264 (H.265 is not acceptable as my video editor cannot work with it properly), 30 FPS, ratio is 16:9. 8-bit is sufficient. No or low grainyness, have to use a high-quality camera, or if you were to use a phone, then at least iPhone 11 quality camera. Camera cannot move during the shot. 2) I'll be recorded standing, with two lights both pointing at me at roughly 45 degrees. Camera will be placed at 180 cm high, exactly at my eye height (negotiable if this is a problem) and approximately 170 cm away from me. The background footage should be recorded in similar conditions. It can be challenging to show enough of the room at this height so the height can be negotiable. I could share a sample footage with final lighting, white balanced, final camera settings, if that helps. 3) a) I need a video recording of a cosy study room with very large windows looking at a forest (or a forest and a lake). The room itself should have some plants in it as well. b) Objects in the background: things that convey cosyness or are neutral are welcome, objects that can trigger strong emotions (e.g. religous symbols, animals) or are not cosy (e.g. technology like TV) are not welcome. c) As this will be a greenscreen background, obviously no humans can be in the frame, furniture cannot be in the way, animals and bugs cannot appear/run/fly in the background, etc. d) Furniture should be simple, nothing fancy and the background should not be fully symmetric. e) Colours more on the neutral or warm side of things but nothing that would distract the viewer from the content. Can be adjusted in post if you would rather skip this step. f) The lights are aimed at me so there should be no strong sun coming through the windows, otherwise it would be very difficult to blend the background together with me in post (I want to stand in front of the window in the blended image so that the forest is in the background but the room is also visible to some extent). Natufal daylight instead of sunset or artificial lighting. g) Small movements in the foliage of plants is OK but the footage shouldn't be recorded in wind as large movements will distract the viewer from the content. Same applies if there's a lake or river in the background (slowly flowing water is OK). h) Reference image: I'm looking for something like this but in a video format (so that the plants in the background can move slightly).
