**URGENT PROJECT - IF AWARDED YOU SHOULD DELIVER WITHIN A FEW HOURS - SORRY BUT WE ARE ON TIGHT DEADLINE ** Hi Freelancer, We have an explainer video in MPE4 with English Voiceover, a background music and some FX (literally just a couple of them). We must produce the same video with Spanish voiceover but we don't have the source file (only the MPEG4). I will need your help to change voiceover on the MPEG4 file without losing the music and the effect - or we can change music and effect with something similar (this is an option too). Looking forward to your proposals and please keep in mind we need this tone within today! Many thanks

Hi, I am ready to start right away and complete it within next 1-2 hours. I will replace the Spanish voice over with perfection. As you don't have source file so background music and effect will be also effected. I would like to suggest you we need to also change the background music and effect along with voice over.
