Bulk Project: Rendering 2 produced videos into 1, exporting, then uploading

Hi, I've got a test video project and am looking for a basic video editor, who can take two produced videos (Video Part A and Video Part B), export them into one video and then upload the finished video into my Wistia video player account. Overview: I'm going to a business conference and am creating personal videos to send to people I would like to schedule meetings with. If you can easily pull Video Part A & Video Part B into one video, please apply and let me know your rate per hour. I'm going to want to replicate this process, creating a personalized video for 20-30 individuals. Part A Video: I'm going to film myself mentioning each individual's name and asking if they are available to schedule a meeting with me at the conference. I'll create Part A's videos in the next 24 hours. Part B Video: Is a sample of my video work. Part B has already been created. Test: I'm going to be testing how people who have never met me, react to me sending them a personalized video. If this test works well, and I book more meetings because of the personalized video, there could be a lot more consistent, weekly work.
