A Female Native Chinese Speaker required to present videos for social media & translate in English -- 3

I am looking to get support from a native Chinese speaker who can assist with the development of a Youtube channel our team aims to grow. We are looking for someone that is comfortable in front of a camera, speaking and also has editing skills for short videos to be produced. We can look to do a short trial e.g. one video and if our team are happy with this, we can offer regular positions to you. Ideally, our team would be looking for a female (although charismatic males would also be considered). Whilst this is initially to be run on Youtube, we aim to expand this to other social media channels in the future. We aim to run this as an ongoing project and thus we are working to a small budget now (although there is opportunity for higher salary in the future). Please note, we would require a SAMPLE VIDEO before proceeding e.g. an old social media post or something else featuring you so we can test your suitability.
