Find and prepare video backgrounds for green screen music party project

I am starting a green screen video party business. Kids will dance to a song in front of a green screen and then we will use backgrounds to make it look like a pop music video. I need someone to find the backgrounds online for the videos maybe from youtube or vimeo etc.
We will provide you with a premier pro file of the song with cut points indicating where the scenes change.
You will provide us with maybe background files numbered BG1, BG2, BG3 etc in the order in which they should be used in the video. Some background files can be used more once (repeated)
Specifically:
1) Each song needs about 20 backgrounds
2) Each background should be free to use and edit for commercial (under creative commons licence attributions are OK as we can put credits at the end of the video). Must be attribution or attribution share alike licence.
3) Each background clip should be 1920x1080p minimum quality. No upscaling.
4) background clips should be at least 10 seconds long (longer if possible but not less)
5) We also need one 6 min background for each song. This can be a single shorter clip repeated many times as long as it looks seamless. In our editing software this will fill and gaps in backgrounds.
6) All clips should be in avi format
7) Of course the chosen backgrounds should artistically compliment the song/video.
Whoever is awarded the project will start with one song (Katy Perry - Fireworks). We will provide the audio file in mp3. If we are happy with the work we will negotiate a price for another 10 songs. We will then add more songs on a monthly basis so there will be ongoing work.
