Need snappy assistant editors for wedding films(European)

We are producing artistic wedding films across the Midwest and need more editors in our network to help spread the work around! ... Assistant editors are expected to build the rough cuts for our edits, and multicam a raw full-day version. Our final deliverables are a 5-6 minute artistic highlight, and the raw full-day film (usually about an hour) of the synced and multicammed coverage of the ceremony, speeches, dances, cake etc. ... Then you would choose clips from the sorted footage to fill out the rough cut (5-6 minutes). The full-day edit would already be synced, and would just need to be multicammed and made sure the audio is polished.
