Video editor to make top 10 youtube videos

I'm looking to hire a video maker / editor to make videos for my top 10 channel on YouTube. This is an ongoing position. See details below. Each week you will be provided with up to three top 10 video topics, for example "The top 10 secretive places on earth". You will also be given a written script and voice over for the video. You will then need to find footage online to fill the video with, and edit the video together with the footage you use. You'll need to find the footage and download it from YouTube (or another place online). There is a 'creative commons' filter on YouTube where you can find free to use video material. For any creative commons videos you use, you'll need to note down the channel name in a text file. You can also find videos on YouTube that isn't creative commons, as long as you only use the footage for a short period of time (like 5 seconds). For example if the video topic is "the top 10 secretive places on earth" - you might find a drone video on youtube to use. You can also use any images you find online.
