Our busy team is looking for a full-time administrative assistant to oversee and manage day to day operations.
We’re looking for someone:
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual – Spanish and English
- M-F | 8 am – 5 pm
- Comfortable working form a home office (we may be open to partial remote work)
Responsibilities include:
- Screening high volume of calls, emails, and correspondences
- Taking messages and providing client’s with updates
- Scheduling appointments
- Manage and document day to day operations
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Computer Savvy – must efficiently operate computers and be well-versed in Microsoft and Google suite/ apps
- Communication – must possess professional phone etiquette
- Decision Making – must be able and willing to make decisions on behalf of the team, when necessary
