Looking for a General Virtual Administrational Assistant. Must be proficient in English and ability to understand detailed tasks. Weekly and daily meetings may be required. Confident in administration and organisational tasks. Australian Digital Agency Assistant providing professional and experienced support and administration with the following initial tasks: General Project management (Via Zoho) Zoho CRM management Social Media Management (Via Zoho Social) Admin Tasks Research Tasks Excel sheet updating Basic Wordpress Updating Reporting Project Scope documenting and scoping Required to work mostly within the Australian Time zone. High communication required. Required to do Daily Video and audio meetings with us. Strong english written, and spoken Disciplined Self Motivated Highly efficient at managing multiple tasks and teams. You will be working for the two owners of the digital agency; we are motivated and action driven. This is a long term and rewarding opportunity for the right person. Dear Sir , Warm greetings for the day from India . In regards to your present advertisement , it seems I have seen requirements from you earlier as well and looks like we are destined to work together as this will be my second application on your job post . I am 9 years experienced international professional with in depth knowledge of project management , business analysis , global BD and market research in healthcare domain . Although I have not worked on Zoho yet but it won't take much time for me to adjust according to the situation and system . Also , I would avail myself as per Australian time as and when required or even on daily bases . I work basically on INR 1000 / hour charges which would come approx AUD 20 which is quite high then your expectations but you can think of connecting if you find my application suitable , we can also start with few hours on experiment bases for you to check the quality of work . As long as references are concern , I would avail them on later stage of our discussion to back verify my detailing .
