create simple .CSV file from an access query

I work for a small charity in the UK. Our sql database holds a lot of financial information such as how much each event we run needs to be invoiced. As we are moving over the Xero we want to be able to transfer this data into Xero to create invoices. I have a query in Access, with data in that i need to export into a Xero csv template. i need some VBA writing so that : a: the export file matches exactly what Xero needs. b: the export file will also need to hold some information that may be dependent on the information in the query. For example: if there is a field in the query "Xero" called [cluster] then depending on the value of the field, I would like something different written in the output file. e.g. If [cluster] = I THEN [AccountCode] = 256 If [cluster] = A THEN [AccountCode] = 200 This is a fairly straighforward job, and I would hope to pick up on your code, and once i have the idea can tweak it to suit my needs. Hi, This seems to be a simple job to me. The only thing I need to clarify here is that I will create a console application using .Net Framework, so that you can use that application at a later stage as well. You can even use that application to schedule to run each time, once a day, or once every hour, so that it generates the CSV after that. Let me know if you think this is the right approach. In addition to creating databases from scratch, I have also completed complex projects in Access VBA before .
