HMI Image conversion Utility F P

Build a utility to convert from PC screen image capture to an editable VB.NET & Xamarin Form. Our prefernce will be to use MS Visual Studio to build this app in. If you prefer to use something else, please identify the intended product & get our approval. Attached is more details. Please do not respond without reading full details. We shall need & own full source code & supporting documentation about the work before releasing payments. Submit work every other day. Any questions or comments need to be posted with response, else we shall assume that you fully understand the needs. Provide an estimate of time taken or you may quote a fixed price also. Project Goal: To recreate the content/layout of HMI’s (Human machine interface) display in (Output form) a Visual Basic .Net project WinForm, & also as a [login to view URL] project, from the images of the example HMI’s provided. An example image below: • The result should look identical to the HMI in the image provided. Only front-end is needed, no background code. Use the example provided as an example only. The provided solution shall be generic. The source file may be a bmp, jpeg, pic type graphical format files • The individual components of the image need to be separate objects that can later have code added to them by us. No code is needed for this project, only the image of each object. For example, this tank: and this valve: need to be separate objects that are independent of one another. This is true for all the individual elements of the image. • The pipes in the image above can be simple panels or pictureboxes with the back color filled in. • All text should be created as labels in Output form and be identical to the image of the HMI. Any buttons or other objects that have a corresponding control available in Output form shall be converted to that native object in Output form with its properties set accordingly for best match. If there is no match, convert to a picturebox with the image property set appropriately. • Describe in detail & provide the complete process, system & software used. If any 3rd party product(s) (e g Paintcode) is desired to be used, before proposing it, you must consult with us & get approval. If you do not specify the time in hours for completing the task, we shall assume it will take 25 man-hours.
