Barbara Crane of Auction Systems has a short term need of an experienced Microsoft Visual Studio/Visual Basic programmer to assist in making updates to an existing commercial desktop application. She is unable to do this work now because of her advancing multiple sclerosis. The code is written in VS 2017. A number of bug fixes and small feature enhancements have been identified for update in the source code. Once coded her staff will test and validate the changes. Upon completion assistance will be needed to build the new install kit in Installshield after check in to Source Code. She has a written protocol. Barbara will be available to work with the programmer and to answer questions when needed. Programmer should be able to easily read and interpret existing code and fluent in debugging. Total estimated work is ~30 hours +/- and needed within four weeks. Basic programmer to assist in making updates to an existing commercial desktop application.
