Add Pdf viewer and digital signature to nuxtjs project

A closed circle document sharing app needs pdf document viewer which will also let user to draw/add their signature to that document. Once user has saved the document with their signature, there should be a timestamp along with that signature. Multiple users should be able to sign that document so original uploader should be able to see all the signatures. All required Apis will be provided. only frontend implementation required.
