Create simple parent class prepayment app

I'm looking for a freelance developer with lots of experience of Stripe and also ideally www.lightrail.com.

We run club sessions at our facility and charge a fee for each session

We want parents to be able to create an account from our website and then deposit credit to their account.

When the kid attends a club session we then deplete the account credit balance for the cost of one session.

When the credit in the account reaches a certain level then a reminder is sent to the parents email to ask them to top up the credit.

So we need a simple app created which does the following:

- Accept pre-payment from parent using stripe

- Create the parent as a contact in Lightrail and add the prepayment value to the account of the contact

- Display that value to the parent in their app

- When child comes in, someone from your team logs into Lightrail, looks up the parent and removes the cost of the course from parent's account

Use Lightrail's API to send reminder emails to parents when they run a transaction and the account is getting low.
