Custom Appointment Form in Office 365 Web and Client to Add New Calendar Event
The purpose of this form I want is to replace the stock Appointment Form that is used when an applicant clicks the “New” AKA “Calendar event” button from Microsoft Outlook 365 Web based Outlook Only.
We are not expecting backward compatibility for operation in older versions of Outlook.
With the exception of the additional fields, the form should operate the same way as the base Form with the ability to add required and optional invitees allowing them to receive a calendar invite, The ability to add attachments. The Ability to categorize with colour
Ability to export/Report Data
We want the ability to export the data. The way we are currently able to export the data is by opening the calendars in the client based outlook program. Note can not report in Web version.
We are open to strategies to print data
Form Fields
1. The “Title for the event field” – This is the field that displays on the calendar and on the invite. No Change to this field
a. This field will remain a text box
i. The users will be trained to enter this field in the following prescribed format.
Application Number (if applicable) - Type of meeting (see list) – purpose of meeting (list and free text) – PM Last Name
Example

2. Location – This will be used to indicate the location of the meeting. No Change to this field Text Box
