I have extensive experience in both building & maintaining wordpress cms installations. But more importantly, since majority of my builds end up being client managed I put a significant amount of effort into the training process for each client I work with. My goal is to educate the client & provide them with the necessary knowledge & tools to maintain any projects I may develop for them in the most efficient way possible. Also, I'm US based so English is my native language. Regarding timeline: On average, I spend approximately 3 hours with each client to walk through the basic post & page updating process for a Wordpress installation. If there are more technical functionalities involved with the specific build (utilizing proprietary theme features or special 3rd party plugins) I may extend the training to additional sessions. All training is done via a live screenshare and audio conference. My average setup rate for installation & basic build for a wordpress site is generally around $300-$500 USD. Costs can vary depending on the complexity of the individual project requirements. My rate for general training is $25USD/hr. With a minimum fee of $50/USD. For a full service basic setup of wordpress, theme installation, limited theme customization, basic content creation & 3 hrs of training: $500. Completion timeline: 3-5 days. Setting up the site & give the basic training to the user can be done within a day if we are using some readily available theme. If the site to be done with a custom made theme, then it will take much more time for the development work, but the training doesn't take much time. Hi I can complete wordpress on your clients server if the server is already setup and everything is ready to go and it just needs CMS installed along with the database Mysql. I will install wordpress and create mysql database and could communicate with your client on facebook chat side by side, this way it will be easier for your client to understand. If your client has google account of any sort than i can have free version of recaptcha plugin(recaptcha 2 which has a checkbox for humans) installed as well, pretty good for countering spam registrations and i use it for my own sites. Site title , description will have to be provided by the client as lot of thought has to go in it for SEO.
