Website Graphic Design

Hello, I am looking for a professional website designer or company to design website templates based on briefs. You must be creative and able to produce quality results with a short turnaround time. You must be creative, but also pay exceptional attention to detail and the small and big things of the project. You must take pride in you work and always strive for the best results possible. You will have good knowledge of User Interface design. What makes a website look good and provides the end user a good user experience while still looking attractive and being functional. There is no programming or HTML involved, it will only be delivering the final website template in photo shop format. (PSD) Ideally you will also have good flash skills. You would have ideally at least 5 years experience and 50+ quality websites you have designed over that time (10 per year or 1 per month) for a professional it should be no problem or a company. You will also be required to show me these sites in a portfolio. What is a portfolio? It’s a single page with a small thumbnail picture of each website, with a link to the live site. They must be hyper links, I don’t want to have to copy them manually. This is a VERY GOOD paying job and I will look to provide you with lots more work, BUT If you do not meet this criteria please DO NOT APPLY. Do not waste my time if you can’t provide me with the portfolio, or if the sites are sub standard.
