Links must be placed on proper PR4+ web pages, either on home page or internal (PR4+ pages). 5. One link per domain. 6. Page must not be dis-allowed by robots.txt. 7. The linking page must have no more than 20 outbound links. 8. All links must be static and standard href type links.- Only links from relevant sites will be accepted. 9.
