163472 Ticket website with SEO (23KW)

I am looking for someone to design and optimize website/websites for approx 23 keywords, around one parent keyword (I will send you the keywords once deal finalized). The competition for keywords is not fierce. Here is the list of competition (on google) for each keyword when done without quotes. These were looked up without quotes. So with quotes they should be much less. They are all from the same parent keyword related to tickets. What I do want is that each keyword has a webpage optimized for the particular keyword to come on the first page of google. I know this takes time and I am willing to wait. I am not sure if only one website with a number of pages (each optimized for a keyword) is sufficient or each keyword will require a different website all together. I have a decent knowledge about SEO and website designing but do not have the time to take up this project. Secondly, I would need my affiliate links and ads on each of the page. Although I have a decent idea on which affiliate to use, I would like someone to research on an affiliate company selling the product (which can be discussed further once deal finalized) relevant to each of the keywords (that means that each keyword should be linked to a relevant affiliate link for the product related to the keyword). The affiliate groups should obviously give out good commission. You can do your research and then let me know (this would be part of the project). A few things- I will need hold complete rights over the websites i.e. I can sell it or do whatever I want to with it. If you are not ok with this then donot bid. Also if you are not serious about this do not bid. I am willing to work with newbies(with 0 feedback) if their bid is decent. Please keep your bids low as I will disregard outrageous bids. I will pay 50% when work is complete and I am satisfied and 50% when I see the results of search engine optimization. This is my only way of knowing if SEO is working or not. If you have any suggestions please let me know. I am open to all idea. If there is a particular aspect of the above project that you disagree with please let me know before you bid (I am flexible to an extent). If you bid I will presume that you have understood everything I have mentioned. I will also need to know roughly how you plan to generate backlinks and carry out SEO.
