Concrete5 Ecommerce Website

I need an experienced Concrete5 developer to create a website based on the designs I provide. The designs for the HTML/CSS templates will be in an Illustrator CS4 format. There will be two page templates. It is important that the HTML looks as much like the artwork as possible. Pages include: • Home • About Us • Article Summaries • Article Pages • Purchase Files for Download Page • Newsletter Subscription Page • Legal and Privacy Newsletter subscription pop up functionality: Newsletter subscription page Newsletter pop-up functionality (as a layer in the page). Newsletter offer 'pops' several seconds after the first page in the session loads (which could be homepage, or landing pages or article pages). Pop-up not required on subscription page, premium content pages, About Us, etc). Ideally, the pop-up drifts down from top of page, or some other form of animation (more eye-catching) 'Pops' once per session, and does not pop after a visitor has subscribed - This will require some custom coding. Subscription from the pop-up closes the pop-up and refreshes the site with a 'Thank you' page (presumably just an 'Article' template page with the right 'Thank you' content. Both the pop-up and the subscription page require 'name' and 'email address' to subscribe. Subscription from the subscription page just refreshes the site with the same 'Thank you' page. Subscription generates an auto-email, with an attachment. Name embedded in email. No double opt-in required. Ecommerce functionality: Articles available for digital download Integrated for pdf downloads: so minimal information required. No delivery address, tax info, phone numbers, etc required. Designed for a multi-country user-base: no forcing of zip numbers, postcodes, etc. Multiple items for purchase, so a simple shopping cart required Upon transaction confirmation, page refreshes to a download page. Auto-email on purchase, with link to download page.
