Group Buy / Shopping Website

okay. This is a project to create a groupbuy site. Below are the requirements of the project. 1) Design of website 2) You can use existing shopping cart as long as it fits our requirement Programmer Requirements - Please make sure you have experience on such site. Portfolio of similar nature MUST be given to me. Please send me a current working site of your previous customer and not a demo. - A creative person who knows what i want and what is needed. Sometimes i tend to miss out on small things and i hope you can suggest/remind. - Suggest things that would help build the site. Site Requirement - You are to make sure the design is SOLID and of quality with the latest "IN" look. - For the rest of the spec, please refer to attached. IMPORTANT: Payment Terms - Please do not bid if you do not accept the payment terms. I will NOT NEGOTIATE. - I will only deposit 10% of the project as milestone at the start. I've been in this line long enough to know how programmers work. - Make sure you commit on the timeframe you promised. - If your job is unsatisfactory, i will not release any payment to you. Simple as that. - If i think your work is of poor quality, i will not release any payment to you no matter how many times you promised u will make amendment. We are looking for quality work. - NO amount of money will be released until everything is completed. I know a lot of programmers wants money to be released earlier BUT i wont do it. If you need money for your business, i wont be able to help you. Do quality work and do it on time, we will pay you. Please note, i am expecting changes during the process. I would want a fixed price bid for everything considered. I am willing to pay for quality work done. I may not necessary choose the lowest bid. Your PM to me is important.
