Asp.Net Core 2.1 - FlexBoxFix

I'm an Enterprising Entrepreneur Extraordinaire who needs a little bit of UI work done for my Company's Corporate Website.

There's two projects:

1) A HTML-version of a WordPress Theme

2) An Asp.Net Core 2.1 Site which incorporates the UI of Site #1

There's some FlexBox generated animated graphics and text in Site #1 that are not working correctly in Site #2. It is also worth mentioning that Site #2 implements CSP and IdentityServer4.

Site #2 also has a spinning-globe marquee that is getting chopped -off. Site #1 doesn't exhibit this problem.

I need the FlexBox problems fixed in Site #2, if you can fix the Globe-problem fine; but, it's not as high priority as the animations.

I have uploaded pics of both Sites so you can what I'm asking for to be done.

Both Sites are Visual Studio 2017 solutions and all the files and the EF Core dB will also be included so that Site #2 can be run "out-of-the-box."

All the code is well-organized and will be available via TFS on the Cloud.
