Build an awesome Website with a short animation

We are launching a new cloud-based product that is targeted to a very niche business segment in Canada. We require someone to: 1. build a small website. We have a suggested layout / design for the website, which you can use, but you may have to create some of the graphics. Any pics required that are not royalty free will be purchased by us and provided to you. 2. create a short animation that provides an explanation of the product, its key features and benefits in about 90 seconds. We have the script ready for the voice-over in the animation so you don't have to spend time writing it. All you'll need to do is create the animation and get a voice-over (American accent). We will provide you access to the product for you to take screenshots of the modules if you require them for the animation. Files are attached for your review so that you can quote a fair price and provide realistic timelines.
