Build Client Web Portal FAST

How fast can you create a client web portal? We build WordPress websites for clients. I need a portal that clients can log into, message me & my team members, request features, updates, fix issues, etc... Portal should: - Allow website clients to communicate with us. - They should be able to chat with us. - They should be able to send messages to us. - They should be able to send us content (to post to their website). - They should be able to send us images & whatever else they need posted to their site via our portal. - The portal should provide status updates (is the task completed?) - I would like to be able to import a screenshot of a website and allow a client to add comments to different sections of it, so clients can show me exactly what they want changed / updated. - What else do you suggest should be added? After creating this I need your help with creating awesome WordPress based websites for our clients. Can you work online during my timezone?
