Overview: Project is a similar site to [login to view URL] in that the purpose of the site is to create an electronic system for requesting birth certificates. I DO NOT want a clone of this site. Project will also including a comparable set-up for Diploma Certifications, Document Apostille & Legalization and Pharma Client, GUI's. SEO will be performed during development and be mobile compliant or mobile version. Web design, Graphics, Content and layout is all required in this job. Ordering System: A custom ordering system will be created providing users with a way to enter all the info that is required to complete the following: 1) New Jersey birth certificate option, two levels of service listed, 1 day or 3 day request, Client data input will integrate with state order form / state authorization form. FedEx integrated system with customer option to choose express service options and integrated data transfer from client data input. In addition to the above process there should be a icon that is check asking if document will be used for in another country, prompting a drop down with country list (and freehand type "Other Country" Option that allows customer to type in Country name, should the list be out of date), depending on country there will be an option for Apostille or Legalization (additional fees), price data to be provided or freehand will allow purchase to process with notation additional charges will be required, disclosure customer service will email shortly. Status updates will be emailed as completed on backend system along with fedex tracking. 2) Diploma Certification, same options as above, with drop down of NJ University/Colleges to select school. Option to send vitalrush diploma or order diploma, client input to create authorization letter if order diploma on-site, also include international use option, same as above 3) Pharma Client - New Client option or Secure client log-in, place order system, give option to include own fedex acct number for billing, tracking on open orders status bar, completed orders info. Pricing to be customized per client. New client info will generate quote email. 4) Apostille & Legalization, same as diploma certification Once the forms are completed, users will be prompted to pay for services which will be processed using a custom First Data integration. Payment Integration must be PCI compliant. Once the user pays, the data they entered will be processed and a completed NJ birth certificate request form will be provided to the user for download via a My Account panel along with being emailed to the user in PDF form. They will then take this form and print it to be notarized. Staff will be notified of new orders by email and through back-end system. Customer Account Panel: A system for allowing customers to manage and track their orders will be available. This system will allow customers to be able to view current orders along with tracking order progress, view tracking info, print past orders, update contact info and contact support. Staff Backend System: A custom backend system will be available for staff to quickly see new orders that have been placed by customers including customer data. Reporting functionality for order data including ability to filter and search orders along with the ability to print reports will be provided.
