Build a shop website

I need someone with expertise in building websites. The website will need to include lists of brands and categories with hyperlinks to a page specific to that brand or category which means I will need a fair number of pages to be created. The website is primarily a shop so I will need to have a payment system in place that accepts debit card payments and PayPal. I already own the URL and the website has some of the features in place that I want it to. I will need a system that users of the website can create an account and request to list an item. The way they request to list the item is to fill out a pre-made form with all the details on of the item. I have already created the form. The user will need to be able to upload images as part of the form. Once a user of the website has requested to list an item for sale I will need to be able to either say yes or no to the user’s request. Once I say yes to the user’s request, the item will have to be loaded onto the website. The actual shop part of the site will need to be able to be filtered and sorted by many ways. There also needs to be a create an account function. All the accounts need to be in a database where I can delete or ban these users from the site. I want a “wish-list” on the website which allows users to fill out a form for items they want to find, and once a new item is added to the website it should be matched against the criteria of all user’s wish-list and all users should be automatically notified by email of the new item and given a link to the direct product page. There will need to be a homepage with links to each page. I will also want a calendar that I will need to be able to update easily. I will need a fair amount of control over what is on the website and therefore I need an easy enough way to change these things myself. This will mainly apply to the shop items. There will also be other parts to the website that are not the shop. The website that is made so far is www.kingsoutfit.com. I currently have a WordPress editor on there so if you are familiar with that or you can bring your own way to do it. If there are any other questions please just ask. I am not looking for anything too expensive right now but if you do me a solid now I will keep you around for more work in the future. I will always need improvements and changes to the website so I will come back to the right person. I will also need to stay in contact with you easily. A UK based designer is preferred as then I will be on the same time zone as you. I will need to be able to contact you by text or a means like this.
