Creative Full Stack Developer wanted to develop ideas into websites and apps

By invitation only, I am inviting freelancers to install and configure a wordpress site, modify a template and setup the ecommerce solution. But that's not all... Im looking for a creative full stack developer and web designer to work with me to produce working websites, funnel pages, and infographics. The requirements for each project will vary, some are for niche subjects of personal interest to me, some will be for use in presentations or for selling new products online, some will be commercial sites for third parties. I want someone who is flexible, intuitive and able to quickly learn to use third party tools and platforms. Examples of such platforms are: 1)Invanto, 2)Kyvio, 3)Simvoly etc The ideal candidate will have PHP/SQL/Delphi/CSS/Javascript/Html and graphic design skills (photoshop, illustrator) are desirable. They must also have an excellent command of English and be familiar with setting up e-commerce solutions, wordpress sites and customising themes. You may be asked to take features from other sites and replicate the functionality, so you must be a developer who understands how things work and can develop the underlying databases necessary to create functional sites. I need someone who can work using their own initiative and who is able to code anything without having an exact brief. Experience on freelancer is not important, sometimes the right person is just struggling to get noticed. Your ability to understand and innovate is paramount.
