A few changes to a Wordpress site, add news ticker, fix errror on mobile version, add text box to categories pages

I need a few changes on my WordPress site. The template is Newspaper X Gossip. See the demo here: [login to view URL] #1 There is a problem on mobile version where it says “author” at the top, and there is no menu. I mean you can see the menu but when you click it there is nothing there working. I want the author part gone and menu working on mobile version. Note the # after the URL on the mobile version, I don’t know why that is, that might help you identify the error. Message for URL if you want to look first. #2 I want a news ticker at the top of the site. To the right of the logo, bottom of ticker perfectly aligned with bottom of my logo, works on Firefox, Chrome, mobile. Looking decent on all of them. If you have a ticker in mind that you have used before this would be best, I would be willing to spend about $10 or so on a paid one, but I know there are lots of free ones too. Note if you are looking at the Newspaper X Gossip demo the only difference between that and mine, so you know everything before bidding, on the top it is only where you see GOSSIP (the logo) on the left, with my site, everything is gone, my logo is enlarged bigger than you see there. Need the ticker to the right of logo. #3 My categories pages do not have an area to add text. I need an area for text, I would like it below the images that show up. You can do this one of two ways, either change the category template so all new category pages have an area for text there (you also have to add it to the ones that exist now), or, if you can tell me how to add an area of text to a category page, you don’t have to change the template, I will just add it myself for new pages. #4 I have a bunch of videos on my site, all on pages that are the same template (post pages), one video on each page. I would like the videos to be 16:9 but full width across the page. Here is the thing, there is a plugin I have called HideYT that is for sure the source of the issue, making the videos appear smaller. It’s a very important plugin for me though so I am not getting rid of it. I believe there is some other way in the coding to set the width of the videos so I can use the plugin and still have them full width. This one is not a part of the project where it absolutely must be fixed, since I know the issue is a plugin, and there may be no way to get past that. However, if you are saying I tried and this can’t be fixed, I would like to see some explanation and screenshots of what you tried that didn’t work. I am looking to pay $100 or less. I know the news ticker and category page part is quick stuff, If you are bidding much more than $75 - $100 you are going to have to include in your bid an explanation of why #1 time is consuming work, justifying a higher price. For #4 I am just wanting to see the default size of any embedded video set to full width (about 1000 pixels or whatever 16:9 is in that range, that is the technique I would like you to try, at least that. Note while the site designer ultimately did a good job, some stuff you see here, like the news ticker, it was included in site design, but they could not figure it out. I do not feel like dealing with something similar again, please DO NOT BID unless you know for sure how to do #1, #2, and #3 above. None of this I hire you and then you ask me how to do the stuff, stuff. If I knew how to do this stuff, I would not be hiring you, I would be doing it myself. Note you must be very careful with my plugins, and anything related to SEO, you can’t just be in there winging it disabling this or that, trying to figure out #1. I have spent a lot of time and effort on the site build, I don’t want anything broken. Ideally, I would like to hire someone now and have them get to work on it right now, lets do this right away. No bids longer than 3 days will be considered. For someone that knows what they are doing this is probably something they can knock out in half hour flat, all of it.
