Get a Website Built

We are looking for a skilled web designer able to redesign our non-responsive web into responsive one which will be built on top of the Bootstrap framework (version 3). We need rework of an existing design rather than a new design, however, we are open to suggestions and improvements along the way. The whole web consists from the index webpage + 10 other webpage templates (LogOn/Register, Advance Search, Category List, Directory List, Info Page Full Width, Info Page 2/3 Width, Basket, Profile, Library, Loyalty Profile). The outcome we expect: 1) For every page we get its markup. Most of the page visual must be built from components (both default bootstrap and the new ones, see below). 2) For every component we get its LESS file. 3) We get one main LESS file importing the Bootstrap LESS files and new custom components LESS files. 4) Any font or other asset used must be included and licensed. 5) None of the Bootstrap LESS files can be directly modified. Any modifications to default Bootstrap styling must be done using new [login to view URL] file which will redefine the values of the variables. We expect new "components" to be created (e.g. audiobook preview consisting from title, image, author, price, add to cart button, ...) along the way. Those must be created the same way as other default Bootstrap components (like panel, thumbnail, ...). These components must: 1) Use the Bootstrap conventions for class names (e.g. audiobook-preview, audiobook-preview-heading, audiobook-preview-body, ...). 2) Reuse the default Bootstrap variables (like padding-base-vertical, padding-xs-vertical, component-active-color, brand-primary, ...) for colors and sizes (like paddings, margins, ...). 3) Fully support all 4 breakpoints (they must look good, be readable and usable on all 4 sizes - from xs to lg). 4) Come as a separate LESS file (containing just the component specific rules). These components cannot: 1) Use hardcoded sizes (like 12px, ...) or colors (like #fff). 2) Use bitmaps for any part of the visuals like background, borders, icons, ... (no jpgs, gifs, ...), they must use vectors instead (e.g. web fonts like FontAwesome). 3) Define any side-wide css rules (like a generic rule: a { }) instead they must keep the rules isolated within the main component CSS class (like a rule: .audiobook-preview a { } ) Any interested party can look at the current web and estimate the work load for better estimate of the price : [login to view URL] Our expectations is to have this delivered in 7-14 days after we agree on all terms and conditions. We want to see your portfolio - freelancers without 5+ projects in their portfolio will be most likely rejected (does not have to be freelance portfolio of course) The budget does not reflect our real budget - it is just a placeholder to see who reads and actually estimate the real price for the work.
