SKILL SETS:
• Experience in supporting different operating system (Windows, Windows Server, Mac OS, Linux, Android, etc.)
• Strong familiarity with PC hardware, software and peripherals
• Knowledge about a variety of Intel and AMD based PCs, laptops, wireless access point and printers
• Experience setting up and managing database systems such as MYSQL and MS SQL servers
• Background in supporting telephone systems (VOIP, SIP and PABX)
• Knowledge in setting up analog and digital IP based camera and CCTV
• Several years’ experience with Windows Server platforms (Active Directory, ISA/TMG, Anti-Virus, Domain Controller, DNS, Files and Mail Server)
• Strong background in Exchange 2007 messaging system
• Advance network, hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge and understanding of network principles (OSI model, TCP/IP and networking connectivity)
• Knowledge in LAN switching technologies (VLANs, STP, VTP, etc.)
• Knowledge in high availability and redundancy (HSRP, VRRP, etc.)
• Knowledge in IP routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP)
• Hands-on experience in managing Cisco, Juniper and Watchguard switches and routers
• Knowledge in IP addressing and IP services (IPv4 and IPv6, DHCP, NAT, subnetting, etc.)
• Knowledge of WAN technologies (MPLS, VPN, T1/E1 etc.)
