Looking for Front-end Developer/Designer with Angular2, Css3 and Html5 experience - Phase 1

Looking for an experienced front-end developer for an initial 1 months project. This is a the first phase of multi phase project. The aim of the project is develop the first set of views of a Minimum Viable Product (not a website/blog/etc). Candidate must be well experienced with Javascript, Angular 2, LESS, Css3 and Html5. First phase contains the following views: 1. Company General 2. Company Summary 3. Company Web Presence 4. Candidate General 5. Candidate Summary 6. Candidate Job Preference 7. Candidate Work History 8. Candidate Education History 9. Candidate Web Presence 10. OnBoarding Wizard Sidebar 11. OnBoarding Company Application Details 12. OnBoarding Candidate Application Details 13. OnBoarding Application List 14. OnBoarding Reject Application 15. OnBoarding Accept Application 16. OnBoarding Select Schedule 17. OnBoarding Interview 18. OnBoarding Interview Result What will be provided: 1. Specifications and Low Fidelity Wire frames (upon request after contract starts). As a part of specification Request/Response format will be provided 2. Theme to use for implementation of UI (Google's Material Design) 3. Agile board for work tracking and planning What will be expected: 1. Front-end application boilerplate + architecture following ([login to view URL]) 1.1. Front-end build and packaging for DEV + QA + Production 1.2. Base components which are going to be used across entire application 1.3. All the unnecessary styles should be removed from the code base 1.4. All the styles should be implemented in LESS 2. Responsive Rich Application (SPA - Angular 2 ) 3. Fully unit tested views + acceptance testing of scenarios in requirement using Karma + Jasmine 4. Custom CSS based on provided theme - including just the necessary styles 5. Mocking of backend to be replaced later with actual services 6. Clean and maintainable code to easily extend the code base later on as it is the first phase of the project 7. Knowledge of Scrum + VSTS (Visual Studio Team Services) for work tracking is needed 8. Last but not least Communication, communication and communication Timeline: Should be implemented in a month after kicking off the project Note: In this phase we implement a set of views to capture/show information and in the next phases the workflows will be implemented using these views
