Redesign shopify template, graphics and customize features for website

Hello - My website [login to view URL] is currently on shopify and is using testament template. I want my website to adapt certain features from [login to view URL] including the flow, layout and including some graphics etc. Their site is on Magento. So obviously, I'm expecting to replicate all features into shopify. But from design, flow, graphics stand point, you could assume, I would like a lot of the elements from their site incorporated. For example - a) Home page flow and graphics b) How their home page best sellers shows rating and stars but mine does not (bcoz i use yopto) c) Adding graphics to the flow like 180 day guarantee, free shipping etc and then customer testimonial, about us on the home page, blog, email sign up etc.. (you get the picture right?) d) Category and product pages, image settings needs to be resized and fixed e) Some graphics for product page like free shipping etc needs to be included and tabs position moved. f) Within Tabs fit the format and graphics similar to what they have etc..etc...(Tab is an app I already have picked) g) Identify what app might be needed for upsell during check out, go through their website check out process and make our check out as close as possible to their with trust factor, money back guarantee image etc during check out etc by modifying and customizing our store and template. So basically as much as possibly replicate features and design of their site into mine. Please do not place generic bids. You need to be able to show before and after pictures of other clients you have worked on. If you haven't documented this, to me it reflects poor planning in pitching for a case study. DO NOT SHOW CASE GENERIC SHOPIFY SITES YOU HAVE BUILT. I NEED TO SEE BEFORE AND AFTER IF YOU HAVE IT. i'M NOT A TECHNICAL PERSON. SO IT IS YOUR JOB TO ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS, ASK IN THE CAPACITY OF BUSINESS ANALYST TO GATHER THE REQUIREMENTS. IF I COULD ARTICULATE IT AND PROVIDE YOU EVERYTHING WITH SCREEN SHOTS ETC, THEN, I WOULD NEED YOUR HELP. SO PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND. ASK ANY QUESTIONS YOU NEED TO TO CLARIFY REQUIREMENTS. A LOT OF WHAT I SEEK IS COSMETICS AND GRAPHIC CHANGES AND INTEGRATION OF THOSE GRAPHICS INTO THE OVERALL FLOW AND DESIGN. BID ACCORDINGLY.
